Beethoven 5th Symphony (No. 5, graphical score animation, allegro)

This says it all.

L.V. Beethoven, FIDELIO

Beethoven only wrote one opera, but what an opera it is. Love, turmoil, drama, death, anguish, fear, strum and drang.
This production is considered one of the great performances of this epic masterpiece - Ben Heppner is one of the greatest heldentenors ever. He is truly a massive vocal pressence...and Canadian. His Florestan is second only to the great Jon Vickers, another Canadian (from Prince Albert even!)

Beethoven - Sonata N.32 Op.111 (Richter)

One of the greatest pianists of all time...and arguably the best Beethoven pianist ever.
It is truly rare to see a video of Richter performing - he was a master of depth of tone....take note of how effortless his Fortes are.

Argument to Beethoven's 5th

There's a reason its the most recognizable four notes ever.

Dudley Moore- Erlkönig

Because I just can't get enough of this concert....

Dudley Moore Beethoven Sonata Parody

Dudley Moore was best known as an award winning actor - but he was also an incredible musician....as is seen here.
Beethoven would have hated this....

Beethoven, Symphony 7, Allegretto, mvt 2

Awesome....
